Information for patients with diabetes
The National Diabetes Audit (NDA) collects information about patient care from GP practices and hospitals. The information collected is used to provide your diabetes service with reports about the standard of care they are providing to their patients.
The NDA is managed by the Health and Social Care Information Centre (HSCIC), working in collaboration with Diabetes UK.
The HSCIC provide a Leaflet for People with Diabetes to give further information about this important audit.
